Stan's passion for cooking has led him to dedicate over a decade to the food industry, where he's honed his skills at the renowned Escoffier culinary school.

As a native of New Orleans, Stan is well-versed in the differences between Creole and Cajun cuisines, often misunderstood as one and the same. He's on a mission to share the unique flavors and traditions of Creole cooking with the world, bringing the soul of his hometown to every dish.

This concept to cook for 5, 50 or 200 is reflected in the name of his business, "50r2," a play on the idea that his cooking can accommodate any sized group. 

As a mobile kitchen we have the ability to cater events big and small from baby showers and bar-mitzvas to tailgates at concerts and sporting events. Our sweet spot is serving quantities of 25-200 customers.
