At 504 Creole Cooking, we believe food should feed the soul as much as the body. Our kitchen brings bold Creole flavors to the Rocket City with dishes rooted in New Orleans tradition — jambalaya, gumbo, po’boys, and more — each served with a modern touch and a little lagniappe. Passed down through generations, our recipes carry the heart of the Crescent City, reminding us that good food is about family, flavor, and fun. We’re here to let the good times roll, one plate at a time.
Meet Stan — born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, and the heart behind 504 Creole Cooking. A proud Saints fan who “bleeds black and gold,” Stan has spent more than a decade perfecting his craft, including formal training at the renowned Escoffier culinary school.
With deep roots in the Crescent City, he’s on a mission to share the soulful traditions of Creole cuisine with the Rocket City and beyond. Every pot of gumbo, every plate of jambalaya, and every po’boy he serves carries the flavor of his hometown and the spirit of New Orleans culture.
Stan’s greatest joy is bringing people together through food. His love for cooking and community shines through in every dish, reminding us all to savor life, celebrate culture, and let the good times roll — one plate at a time.
